Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Collect patient treatment payments and process transactions accurately
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude Proficiency in dental practice management software and basic computer skills Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality We foster a supportive and team-oriented culture that values professional growth and excellent patient service.
