Use of copier, fax and phones. Take detailed phone messages. File, copy, mail, answer phones, assist and retrieval of clinical information reports. Transcription, Outlook scheduling, chard preparation and the scheduling all of IDX appointments. Experience Required Knowledge of insurance IDX registration and scheduling possible. Medical Terminology experience preferred. IDX experience preferred. Expert transcription and supervisory skills. 3-5 years secretarial experience. 2 years of medical office experience preferred Education Requirements
