- Seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy medical practice in Marlton, NJ.
- Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Verify patient demographic information, insurance details, and maintain accurate records within the EMR system.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments both in person and over the phone.
- Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and scheduling needs.
- Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and process outstanding patient balances.
- Maintain and update patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to support patient care and office efficiency.
- Perform general administrative duties including scanning, faxing, filing, handling mail, and signing for deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of medical receptionist or medical front desk experience required.
- Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy office seeing 50-60 patients per day.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and general office software.
- Oncology or specialty practice experience is a plus. Preferred Skills

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
