Zimmermann Modern Wellness Morganville, NJ Position Overview Part-Time Medical Receptionist Schedule:
Part-Time | Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 9 am to 5 pm We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with patients, and able to provide warm, efficient front-office support in a busy medical practice. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming patient phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Take accurate messages and communicate them to the appropriate team member Collect patient payments and assist with payment processing Scan and upload medical documents and records Prepare and ship supplements and patient products Assist with general front-desk and administrative duties Maintain organized patient files and office materials Assist with scheduling and other patient coordination as needed Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every patient Follow office procedures while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Ideal Candidate Previous medical receptionist or medical office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling payments and confidential patient information Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, email, and electronic medical record systems Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to be part of a collaborative medical practice. .
Pay Range:
$20 to $25 per hour (with half hour paid lunch)
