At Revitalize Physical Therapy, we're dedicated to helping our patients move, feel, and live better. Our clinic provides personalized care in a positive, energetic, and professional environment. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our growing team and help deliver an excellent experience to every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information accurately Handle patient check-in/check-out, copay collection, and billing inquiries Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and insurance companies Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front office area Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and data entry Manage daily patient flow and ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
1+ year of Medical Office or Physical Therapy clinic experience preferred Knowledge of health insurance verification and billing Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Proficient in computer use (experience with EMR systems preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required
