20-40 hours per week Join a Modern Private Dental Practice We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join a brand-new, modern private dental practice in Toms River, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the first members of our team and help build an exceptional patient experience from the ground up. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service, high-quality dentistry, and a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely enjoys making patients feel welcomed and cared for. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Check patients in and out efficiently Collect patient payments and explain financial arrangements Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule Confirm appointments and follow up with patients Maintain accurate patient records Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience Qualifications 1+ year of dental front desk experience preferred Experience with dental insurance verification, scheduling, and patient communication is highly preferred Experience with dental practice management software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Candidates with exceptional customer service experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee dental benefits Flexible scheduling Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for advancement Positive, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice expands Why Join Us?
