Overview:

We are a small, patient-focused medical office in Toms River seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Medical Secretary to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a calm, professional environment and working directly with patients.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Greet patients and assist with check-in Input and update patient insurance information Collect co-pays and manage front desk transactions Perform light administrative and clerical tasks

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical or front-desk setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency; experience with EMR systems is a plus Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor

Schedule:

Part-time 24-28 hours a week

Compensation:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience Supportive work environment Opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting
