The Patient Services Representative Job Duties May Include:
Contact patients prior to their appointments to obtain correct insurance and demographic information for preparation of their medical charts Accurately enter patient information into the computer Check for valid insurance plan referrals Verify co-payments; copy insurance cards Check the patient out after the visit Collect appropriate payment and issue receipts Complete financial/payment arrangements for lab patients Batch daily registration forms Complete daily cash reports Answer patient questions.
Skills/Requirements:
