ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and route incoming phone callsSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointmentsRegister patients and update demographic and insurance informationVerify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary documentationMaintain accurate patient records and perform data entryCollect co-pays and process payments as neededManage incoming faxes, emails, and correspondenceAssist providers and clinical staff with administrative tasksEnsure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulationsPerform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing record
