What You'll Do:
Greet clients and provide a welcoming, polished, high-end experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client flow Check clients in and out efficiently and professionally Educate clients on spa services, treatments, memberships, and products Confidently recommend and promote services and products based on client needs Help drive bookings, rebooking, memberships, and retail sales Maintain accurate client information and navigate our scheduling/EMR system Work closely with providers and the spa team to create an exceptional client experience

Previous receptionist experience - REQUIRED Previous sales experience - REQUIRED Confident and comfortable selling, upselling, and making recommendations Outgoing, personable, and able to easily connect with clients Professional and polished appearance and communication Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn scheduling and EMR systems Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and the medical spa industry Medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare experience is a plus Why Join AWE Spa?
