We are a busy, established dental practice that takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people . This is not a position where you simply answer phones and check patients in. Our front office team plays a critical role in keeping the practice running smoothly, communicating treatment clearly, supporting our patients, and working closely with the clinical team. What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient Answer phones and manage patient communication with professionalism and confidence Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, and financial options Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment and appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions Process payments and accurately manage patient accounts Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate closely with doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants Help keep the daily schedule productive, organized, and running on time Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and office systems Handle challenges and difficult conversations calmly and professionally Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented office culture
