The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for helping families, and a desire for long-term growth within our practice.

General Responsibilities:
Answering a multi-line phone system Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Filling and optimizing the schedule Triage of emergency calls Insurance verification, including Medicaid Providing support to the front desk team
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent time management and follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients Typing speed of at least 60 WPM We're looking for someone who will grow with us and contribute to our warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
