Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling to check-out. Your expertise in dental administrative support, insurance verification, and patient service will help foster a positive environment while maintaining efficient office operations. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your strong organizational skills and dental terminology knowledge to contribute to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as required. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Answering phones promptly and responding to messages. Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments. Entering in new patient records and updating ledgers with precision. Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility . Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed. Assist with various office duties as directed by the Practice Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior dental experience is required. Experience with dental insurance required. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
