Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and transcribing
Inventory Control Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Dental Practice Management Software
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
