Job Description
We're looking for an individual with at least one year of experience in a medical office and a high school diploma. This role is essential to supporting our front office team and ensuring our patients receive timely, coordinated care.
Primary responsibilities include:
Scheduling patient appointments Managing call lists to support HEDIS measures and help maintain patient well-visit compliance Collecting copays, deductibles, and co-insurance Verifying insurance benefits Communicating clearly and professionally with patients (Plus) Being fluent in Spanish and able to assist physicians with translation for Spanish-speaking patients/parents Spanish fluency is not required but is a strong plus for this position.Job Type:
