ADSCA HAS 3 LOCATIONS AND YOU HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY/ALL 3 LOCATIONS IF NEEDED
Germantown, TN, Arlington, TN & Olive Branch, MS DUTIES:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
- Update intake information in the patient's chart
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments for new patients and returning patients
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Processing medical record requests, and scanning lab results or pathology results
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area and waiting room
- Assist Office Manager or Director as required and requested.
- Provide exemplary patient service.
- Provide office support services to ensure efficiency
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- Highly skilled in greeting patients
- Pleasing and cooperative personality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to mult-task
- Able to maintain an organized reception area and waiting room.
- Facilitate and manage general office flow
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance
- Knowledge of internet, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Professionalism
- Must be a team player
- High school diploma/GED Required (Associate degree or some college preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in healthcare, reception, or custom facing role
