We are looking for DME Specialist/Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

We are especially interested in candidates with training or experience in Medical Assisting, Medical Office Administration, Medical Billing, DME, or other healthcare settings. Here are some of the job responsibilities: Assists with assessment and dispensing of diabetic shoes and mastectomy supplies. Receives and responds to incoming calls from referral sources and/or potential patients. Assists with scheduling appointments. Must be a team player. Collects co-pays, receives payment using the QuickBooks and Brightree software. Implement an organized filling system Provide good quality customer service when representing Mediforce Other tasks and activities as assigned. Be willing to train in all aspect of services provided.

Qualifications:
