This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive atmosphere at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, multilingual or bilingual, and possess a passion for hospitality and customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding guest experience and ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Answer telephone. Give information about the practice within the limits of practice policy. Route clinical questions and emergency calls to the clinical staff or physician according to established policy. Registration of new patients, including giving directions to new patients, verifying appropriate referrals, authorizations and facilities. Communication with attorney's offices and other medical facilities. Distribute the mail, incoming faxes and emails. Prepare and send outgoing mail, faxes and emails. Obtain patient registration sheet for all patients. Review these for completeness and request any missing information. Verify information as necessary, including driver's license. Verify address, telephone number, and any other desired information with repeat patients for currency, updating patient record as necessary. Collect and enter patient payments and post payment into patient accounting system. Scan and attach forms, labs and x-ray reports to electronic medical records. Check out departing patients. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Some previous work-related experience. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management professionally Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus; willingness to obtain if not already certified We value proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and are committed to excellence in healthcare. Pay:
$11.00 - $16.00 per hour
