Overview

We are looking for a motivated and personable front office professional to join our growing dental team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and love being the welcoming face of a practice, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor

Optimizing the daily schedule and confirming appointments to maintain efficient patient flow

Managing electronic patient records and maintaining accurate documentation

Handling phone calls, inquiries, and patient communications

Processing dental insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and billing claims

Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient care

Requirements

1+ year of dental or medical front office experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Familiarity with TDO practice management software is a plus

A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $16 - $26 per hour, based on experience

Pay is negotiable after a probationary period
