We are looking for a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, filing paperwork, verifying insurance breakdowns, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. Opendental experience is preferred but not required. We will train the motivated individual. Duties Competitive skills that we are looking for: Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional front desk customer service Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with HIPAA regulations Create and present treatment plans to patients. Verify insurance coverage and process payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks. Bilingual abilities are required 1+ years experience required.
