Rising Stars Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident discussing treatment and financial options with families. What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the office running smoothly. Verify insurance and collect payments. Present orthodontic treatment plans during orthodontic clinic days twice each month. Discuss financial options and confidently guide families through treatment decisions. Build trust, answer questions, and help patients move forward with care. What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills. Comfortable discussing finances and asking for the sale. Dental front office, treatment coordinator, or sales experience preferred. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
