Monday- Thursday, Closed Fridays Salary will be based on experience. Must have dental experience with knowledge of insurance and billing . We are a fast- paced dental office, seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental office . In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to patients. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative talents in a dynamic environment that values professionalism and proactive support. Duties Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Ensure they complete all necessary paperwork and direct them accordingly. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills. Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary. Support office management by completing tasks such as appointment scheduling and proofing documents for accuracy. Assist with clerical duties including system accuracy, updating information, scanning documents into the PMS, managing the mail and other clerical duties. Provide administrative support to clinical team members as needed. Qualifications Strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy Prior experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist in a professional setting preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus, along with personal assistant experience. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, PMS systems, and time management techniques.
