Auto Offer Job Summary Adventist Health St. Helena is seeking an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to provide accurate and timely transcription services for outpatient clinical documentation. The Medical Transcriptionist will transcribe physician dictations, operative reports, consultation notes, and other medical records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
