Job Description

Full-Time/40 Hours - Medical Scribe Position Available We are seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Scribe, you will assist our physicians by entering patient exam findings into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately document patient examination findings and medical histories into EMR. Assist with the coordination of patient follow-up needs and maintain communication with patients. Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and a focus on service excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous medical or scribe experience, preferably in a medical or ophthalmic setting is preferred but not required. Proficiency in EPM/EHR systems ; general knowledge of ocular anatomy and physiology is a plus. Strong critical listening and communication skills . Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time. Experience with Nextgen EHR a plus. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Strong commitment to supporting the "Yes Clinic" culture.
