Pennington Gardens, a American Care Concepts community in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a compassionate, reliable Caregiver / Medication Technician to join our senior care team. This role combines direct caregiving with the safe administration of medications and treatments, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. We are looking for team members who are passionate about senior care and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide hands-on caregiving assistance to residents with daily living activities Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and community policies Accurately document medication administration and resident care Demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and professionalism to build resident trust Deliver excellent customer service to residents and families Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a positive environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (or minimum education required per state) Current Arizona Certified Caregiver certification is required Ability to speak English proficiently Weekend availability required Training available for qualified candidates who possess a caregiver certificate Must pass fingerprinting, criminal background check, and reference check Benefits Competitive wages Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for full-time employees Earned wage access before payday (restrictions apply) Opportunities for growth and professional development At Pennington Gardens, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
