What we are hiring for:
Overnight Care partner/
Med Tech Schedule:
Friday through Monday 10PM-6:30
AM Pay Range:
$17-18 PLUS
NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
What You'll Do:
Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance. Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management. Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole. Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers. Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older, per Title 22 requirements Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate!
