What You'll Do:

Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

Current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification required Feeding Tube experience preferred CNA or caregiving experience preferred Knowledge of safe medication administration practices Reliable transportation Device required for EVV verification Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and documentation skills Our Culture At Cooperative Home Care, our team is our family.
