Must be able to read and write and speak English Responsibilites Manage daily medications and ensure they are given to residents. Record medication dosages and times given. Observe patients and document any changes.
Accessing Medication Administration Record (MAR)to verify the right person,drug, dose ,route and time against the residents record. Appropriately documenting vital signs, or other pertinent data related to medication administering.
