•$24.85 per hour #LI-MR1 How you'll make an impact in this role: Administer prescribed medications under nurse supervision while maintaining accurate medical records and restocking inventories. Monitor vital signs and track patient responses to detect, document, and report any adverse reactions. Provide direct patient care, ensure resident safety, and initiate immediate corrective action during emergencies. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant licensure relevant to state in which work is performed required.

Education:
