Key Responsibilities Care Coordination & Roster Management:
Maintain and update weekly scheduling for 70+ clinical and support staff across staggered shifts, call coverage, and multi-week clinical training modules.
Client Engagement & EHR Documentation:
Conduct routine outreach calls, verify client status and treatment continuity, and enter detailed, compliant progress notes into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Clinical Event & Workshop Logistics:
Coordinate details for therapeutic workshops, prepare psychoeducational physical materials, confirm venue and virtual room arrangements, and assign staff for psychoeducation sessions.
Behavioral Health Admin & Outreach:
Assist with uploading educational video content, scheduling community outreach updates, drafting newsletters via Constant Contact, and formatting clinical training documents and compliance manuals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in health admin, clinical operations, or behavioral health scheduling. High proficiency with digital platforms (Google Workspace, EHR/CRM systems, email outreach tools). Strong written and verbal communication skills with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and client privacy standards. Requirements Prior experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is highly preferred Knowledge of mental health care practices including PTSD care, addiction counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management techniques Ability to perform vital signs measurement, basic first aid, CPR certification is advantageous Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems and understanding of HIPAA regulations for maintaining patient confidentiality Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and documentation accuracy Experience working with youth or individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure using effective de-escalation techniques in crisis situations Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in medical documentation are beneficial Join us in providing compassionate mental health support through dedicated assistance that empowers clients on their journey toward wellness.
