What You'll Be Doing Provide one-on-one and classroom-based support throughout the school day Assist students in developing social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school staff Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to support student success Assist with lunch periods, restroom needs, and diaper changes when needed Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment ?

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 18 years old Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to pass required background screenings Reliable transportation Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and actively support students throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ? Bonus Qualifications 2+ years of pediatric, educational, behavioral health, childcare, coaching, mentoring, or caregiving experience CPI Certification Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray) Bilingual skills or American Sign Language (ASL) ??
