What You'll Be Doing Provide one-on-one and classroom-based support throughout the school day Assist students in developing social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school staff Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to support student success Assist with lunch periods, restroom needs, and diaper changes when needed Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment ?
