Key Qualifications:

Ability to effectively support students with extensive support needs in a structured instructional environment. Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction for elementary-aged students in a self-contained ESN (Extensive Support Needs) SDC caseload. Implement teacher-designed academic and behavioral plans, adapting strategies according to individual needs. Supervise students to ensure safety, engagement, and participation in school activities throughout the day. Assist with daily living skills, classroom transitions, and positive behavior interventions as needed. Collaborate with educators and therapists to provide comprehensive support to each student.
