This full-time contract opportunity (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 2:30 pm) is ideal for individuals passionate about working directly with students and making a lasting impact. In this position, youll collaborate closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams while providing dedicated support to a TK student. Your expertise with behavioral interventions will help shape positive outcomes and foster growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, RBT, or in a similar classroom aide role Strong background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Proven experience working with students who demonstrate aggressive behaviors Ability to communicate clearly and redirect challenging behaviors with compassion Experience supporting early elementary or transitional kindergarten-aged children is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one assistance to a TK student throughout the school day, following established ABA protocols Implement behavioral support plans and apply de-escalation strategies as needed Assist with classroom integration, social skills development, and safe participation in activities Track and document behavioral data and communicate progress to educators and therapists Adapt support strategies based on individualized student needs Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment Take pride in your ability to make a true impact and gain valuable experience in a rewarding educational setting.
