Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Aide to provide one-on-one behavioral and educational support to moderate-severe students in a school setting. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, observant, and comfortable working with students who have intense behavioral or developmental needs. The hourly rate for this position ranges based on experience from $17-20/hour.
