Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs in a dynamic school environment. This contract paraprofessional opportunity allows you to offer essential one-on-one support and guidance to help students reach their fullest potential each day. You'll work onsite with a student, building trust and providing positive reinforcement while collaborating closely with educational staff. This assignment runs from October 1 through November 30, with the potential to extend, and offers a set schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students Sensitivity to social-emotional and behavioral challenges Adaptability and patience when addressing diverse needs Ability to follow individualized education and behavior plans Commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment

Your Daily Responsibilities:
