Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners as a Paraprofessional in an elementary school setting through a contract assignment near Wilmington, DE. In this role, youll provide essential programmatic assistance in kindergarten classrooms across the school, working collaboratively with school staff to foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students. This opportunity is specifically for candidates with experience as a Paraprofessional, with a special focus on behavioral support programming (BSP).

Assignment Details:

Start date: ASAP, lasting approximately 60 days from start

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 35 hours weekly, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day School-based, onsite position in a vibrant elementary setting Two positions available, offering the chance to work alongside another dedicated education professional

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit (pending permits accepted with required documentation; see below) Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school environment, especially supporting kindergarten-aged students, is highly desirable Ability to support classroom learning, follow program guidelines, and assist in behavioral support interventions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must agree to and cover the cost of required $85 CBC fingerprinting
