Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children. Modify and adjust programs based on ongoing assessments and client progress. Collaborate with families and staff to ensure individualized treatment plans are effectively implemented. caregivers and staff training to support implementation. conduct re-authorization reports and assist with treatment plan updates.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification required. Prior experience in ABA therapy, program development, and parent coaching and experience working with families is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and staff. Compensation packages are based on experience and personalized schedule and caseload.
