We're hiring a W-2 Behavior Interventionists to provide K-12 school-based services for the 2026-2027 school year . Whether you're an experienced Behavior Interventionist or new to the field, you'll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.
Position Details Caseload :
Elementary, Middle, or High School Schedule :
Monday -
Friday Hours :
30-33 hours/week
Dates :
August 2026 - May 2027, with potential to renew
Location :
Onsite Responsibilities Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs Support students in the classroom and during school activities Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams Document services and share observations with the support team Promote student safety, independence, and dignity Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs Qualifications 1 Year Experience working in school setting preferred Bachelor's degree in a human services field Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Sage Connections?
