Job Description
SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the Behavior Intervention Team Lead at Filer Middle School. This full-time position is designed for a passionate professional who will oversee and implement behavior intervention strategies, support students with behavioral challenges, and work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community to create a positive school environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of behavioral management techniques, and a commitment to fostering student success.
