Support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This is a hands-on professional role for someone who desires to work directly with individuals, coach staff, solve behavioral challenges, work alongside a supportive clinical team, and see the impact of their work every day. What You'll Do Coach and model effective behavioral strategies for staff Support individualized behavior support plans Collect and monitor behavioral data Participate in functional behavior assessments and other behavioral assessments Help respond to behavioral challenges and maintain a safe environment Support individuals in appointments and community activities Collaborate with clinical and residential teams What You Bring Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field OR equivalent education, training, and experience Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities Experience with ABA, Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), or Trauma-Informed Care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Don't meet every qualification?
