Hope Network, a non-profit in healthcare and social assistance, is seeking a temporary Care Support Associate to assist individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support with daily living, monitor safety and behavior, document observations, and assist clinical teams delivering neurorehabilitation, behavioral health, and employment services. You'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary staff, uphold strict confidentiality, and model compassionate, person-centered care in an inclusive, mission-driven environment focused on empowerment and independence. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities for clients. Monitor client behavior, safety, and wellbeing, promptly reporting concerns. Support delivery of neurorehabilitation, behavioral health, and employment services. Accurately document care activities, observations, and progress in required systems. Collaborate with clinical and support teams to follow individual care plans. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients. Protect client confidentiality and follow HIPAA and agency policies. Assist with basic mobility, transportation, or community integration activities.
