From the moment you are hired, we are committed to growing your capabilities. Woodland Centers is seeking a professional to support the launch of Mental Health Urgent Care services in Montevideo. Initial 4-month focus will focus on developing community partnerships, coordinating startup logistics, assisting with program implementation, and helping prepare the site for service delivery. As the program launches, the position provides crisis response services to children and adults experiencing mental health crises. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Job Duties:

Assist with launching Mental Health Urgent Care services in the Montevideo community. Coordinate startup logistics, community outreach, and operational readiness activities. Build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders. Support program development and implementation of service workflows. Provide crisis response, support, and referral services to children and adults experiencing mental health crises as services become operational.

Requirements:

Must qualify as a Clinical Trainee. Ability to pass a DHS background study. Ability to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, and function under pressure.
