We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative Full-Time Resident Life Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will design, organize, and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic programs for our senior residents. Your goal will be to enrich the lives of our residents, foster community connection, and support cognitive health through purposeful programming.

Key Responsibilities Activity Programming:

Develop and implement a diverse monthly activities calendar, including arts and crafts, music, fitness classes, and social events.

Memory Care Specialization:

Design tailored, failure-free sensory and cognitive activities specifically structured for residents experiencing dementia or Alzheimer's.

Resident Engagement:

Adapt activities to match varying physical and cognitive abilities, ensuring every resident feels included and successful.

Outing Coordination:

Plan and supervise community outings, scenic drives, and local excursions, ensuring a high standard of resident safety.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate attendance logs, complete individual participation assessments, and track progress notes in alignment with regulatory standards.

Volunteer & Support Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to expand program offerings.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience planning activities in a senior living, long-term care, or memory care environment is highly preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional patience, empathy, active listening, and a vibrant, positive attitude.

Logistics:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for operating the community resident van).

Clearances:

Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check 1

Weekend Per Month Required Pay:

$22.00 - $25.20 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
