Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our Kansas City team providing in-home ABA therapy services. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and serve as a key clinical resource for our RBT staff. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in their home environment Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistently Assist in conducting skills assessments and preference assessments Train and provide feedback to RBTs under the direction of the supervising BCBA Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and programming Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer and company requirements Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training Requirements Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB Missouri BCaBA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong data collection and clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home-based setting Reliable transportation to client homes in the Kansas City area Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessment tools What We Offer $40.00/hour — competitive and reflects your credential Flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time, we work around your availability Supervision hours available toward BCBA certification (if applicable) Supportive clinical leadership and a collaborative team culture Opportunity for advancement as New Dawn ABA continues to grow New Dawn ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
