Position Summary Under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA plans, implements, and monitors ABA programs for children with ASD and related challenges. The role blends direct clinical service, parent coaching, technician supervision, and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure each child receives consistent, high‑quality support across settings. Core Responsibilities Conduct skill and behavior assessments under BCBA supervision. Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide parent training using Behavior Skills Training (BST) techniques. Identify and address barriers to parent training and skill acquisition. Supervise and coach behavior technicians with ongoing feedback. Develop and maintain accurate data collection and analysis systems. Review treatment fidelity and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure all documentation meets insurance and professional standards. Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Maintain organized, timely records and progress reports. Support crisis intervention planning and critical incident responses. Promote positive public relations and interagency collaboration. Stay current with BACB requirements and participate in ongoing training. Minimum 

Qualifications:

Certification:

Current BCaBA credential in good standing (BACB).

Education:

Bachelor's degree and completion of all supervised fieldwork. NJ LaBA or wilingness to obtain upon hiring

Experience:

Developing positive behavior‑support plans and teaching social/play skills. Applying ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, DRO, etc.) in early‑childhood or center‑based settings.

Knowledge & Skills:

Child development and autism best practices. Strong data‑analysis, documentation, and time‑management abilities. Excellent verbal/written communication; culturally sensitive parent coaching. Basic computer proficiency (EHR, data‑collection software, teleconferencing). Bilingual /

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
