Job Description
Qualifications:
1. Have primary responsibility for the provision and coordination of program services; and 2. Possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree in psychosocial rehabilitation or mental health services, or possess related life or work experience, such as assuming leadership roles during participation in mental health services or mental health consumer initiatives, or possess one of the following credentials: Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or Community Mental Health Associate.
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is required.
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
Implement treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of licensed professionals
Assist in crisis management situations and ensure the safety of patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
