Position Details Our Mental Health Workers provide direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, and ensure the safety and welfare of all adult residents in a 15-bed Community Residential Rehab (CRR) facility setting. Key Responsibilities Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents. Participate in the treatment planning process. Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
