We are hiring dedicated, reliable, Associates (AMFT, ASW) to join us at Insightful Matters! We are hiring for Part Time Associates in Anaheim, CA!
Job Description:
Provide therapy for a minimum of 20 sessions per week with 2 units of supervision with an LMFT Provide a treatment plan to clients using an Evidence Based Theory aimed at improving impairments and symptoms of their Mental Health Diagnosis Work with clients of all ages from a variety of backgrounds Willing to work with families Update treatment plans for clients on an ongoing basis and as needed Log detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com Clinically diagnose clients and assess for medical necessity and clinically indicated care
Schedule:
Must have availability to conduct at least 20 sessions per week for PT with at least 15 hours of peak time availability. Peak times are Monday-Friday 3pm and later and/or weekends anytime.
Specific Shifts:
Due to office availability, must be willing to work in person early mornings (beginning at 8am) -or- late evenings (beginning at 5pm) and/or anytime on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend availability preferred.
Job Type:
2 in-person days in Anaheim with additional work from home days.
Expected hours:
20 sessions per week + 2 units of supervision
Location:
Anaheim, CA This is a hybrid position. Associates must be local and able to physically report to our office.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be in good standing and have an active registration number with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) Currently on first Associate registration number Excellent references and client retention rates Have knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions Have familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques Proficient time management skills Ability to understand and implement boundaries. Strong verbal and written communication skills Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

Pay Structure:
•For associates with less than 1000 hours towards licensure:
Admin Rate:
$17.00 per hour for all non-clinical hours worked
Clinical Rate:
$26.00 per completed session when conducting
