Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team, dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services.
As a BCaBA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disorders. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy will enable you to create personalized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral and emotional challenges.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
Provide behavioral therapy sessions to patients, focusing on skill-building, problem-solving, and social skills development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Document patient progress and outcomes, using medical documentation best practices.
Monitor and analyze patient care, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Provide patient education and support to promote behavioral health and well-being.
Experience:
Must be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a strong foundation in behavioral therapy and ABA.
Proven experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disorders.
Experience in special education settings or similar environments.
Strong patient care skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
Experience in behavioral therapy and ABA principles.
Strong understanding of special education and behavioral health.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
