HBTS Worker Location:
Woonsocket, RI Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HBTS (Home and Community Based Therapeutic Services) Worker to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. The HBTS Worker will provide therapeutic support and assistance to children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges in their home and community settings. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapeutic support to clients in their homes and community environments. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of clinical staff. Assist clients in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills. Monitor and document client progress and report observations to supervisors. Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in human services or related field preferred. Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and community locations. Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements. Work Environment This position involves working in clients' homes and community settings throughout Woonsocket, RI. The HBTS Worker must be adaptable and comfortable working in diverse environments.
